Testing global positivity of the Weil quadratic form through the prolate spectrum
Using a discrete prolate spheroidal model on the cyclic group $\mathbb{Z}_{p-1}$ (multiplicative units modulo $p$).
Archimedean eigenvalues $\lambda_n^{(\infty)}$ are pre‑loaded. Multiply with all stored prime eigenvalues to get the global product.
